The challenge
Visualsoft is a large eCommerce and digital marketing agency supporting over 1,000 clients. Despite their scale and expertise, they faced challenges in performing audits and creating media forecasts that instilled mutual confidence between their team and clients. These issues stemmed from the use of multiple, inconsistent data sources, which led to varying interpretations and reduced clarity in decision-making. In addition, their team were spending multiple days each month preparing reports for client reviews and for internal meetings, such as 1-2-1s and board reports, rather than on strategic initiatives.
Some of Visualsoft’s clients naturally placed more trust in certain marketing channels over others, compounding the difficulties. Visualsoft ultimately lacked a single source of truth to be able to make business decisions for both themselves and their clients.
