ASK BOSCO® — “Book a Demo” Promotion
Terms & Conditions

Overview
Book and attend a demo of ASK BOSCO® using the promotional code by 31 January 2026, and you’ll receive either:
- A £100 retail voucher of your choice (subject to availability), or
- A £100 donation to a registered charity of your choice.
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by ASK BOSCO® (a product of Modo25) (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to this offer.
2. Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 or over who book and attend a demo using the promotional code.
- Employees, officers, or agents of Modo25, its subsidiaries, or any third parties professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible.
- One reward per individual or per company, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of abuse, duplication, fraud, or multiple entries.
3. Promotional Period
- The promotion runs until 23:59 (GMT) on 31 January 2026.
- All demos must be booked and attended before this deadline.
4. How to Qualify
To qualify for the £100 reward, participants must:
- Book a demo of ASK BOSCO® and apply the promotional code at the time of booking.
- Attend the booked demo (either online or in person) and stay for the full scheduled duration.
If the code is not entered during booking, the demo will not qualify — no retrospective claims will be accepted.
Important for Advent Calendar Recipients
Recipients of the ASK BOSCO® Advent Calendar promotion must attend their scheduled demo to qualify,
unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing with the ASK BOSCO® team.

5. Reward Options
After attending the qualifying demo, you can choose between:
- A £100 retail voucher (choice subject to availability), or
- A £100 donation made by ASK BOSCO® to a registered charity of your choice.
The Promoter will contact you via the email or phone number provided at booking to confirm your choice and arrange fulfilment.
You must respond within a reasonable timeframe to claim your reward.
Voucher Conditions
- Vouchers are subject to supplier terms and conditions.
- Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative.
- Expiry dates apply (participant’s responsibility to redeem in time).
Charity Donations
- Donations will only be made to verified registered charities.
- If your chosen charity cannot receive the donation, ASK BOSCO® will request an alternative.
- If no suitable charity is provided, ASK BOSCO® may donate to a UK-registered charity of its choice.
6. Data & Privacy
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this promotion and fulfilling your reward.

7. Verification
ASK BOSCO® reserves the right to verify eligibility and request proof of identity or booking details.
Failure to provide proof may result in loss of eligibility.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
8. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel a reward if there is evidence of:
- Multiple entries or bookings from the same person or company;
- Misrepresentation of attendance; or
- Any fraudulent or abusive activity.
9. Liability
Nothing in these T&Cs affects your statutory rights.
ASK BOSCO® is not responsible for:
- Delays, errors, or failures caused by technical issues; or
- Indirect or consequential losses.
Total liability for any claim related to this promotion is limited to the value of the reward (£100).
10. Force Majeure
ASK BOSCO® is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control,
including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
11. Changes & Cancellation
ASK BOSCO® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion or these T&Cs at any time for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
If a demo is cancelled and not rebooked within the promotional period, eligibility for the reward is forfeited.
12. Publicity
By accepting a reward, participants agree that ASK BOSCO® may reference their name, company name (if applicable), and county for promotional purposes — unless they request otherwise in writing.
13. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
