1.General Use Requirements
1.1 The Customer must ensure that all access to the Services is:
(a) for its own internal business purposes;
(b) performed only by Authorized Users; and
(c) compliant with this Policy, the Agreement and applicable laws.
1.2 The Customer is responsible for all actions taken using its accounts, logins or access credentials.
2. Account Security
2.1 The Customer and its Authorised Users must not share, transfer, or permit multiple individuals to use the same login.
2.2 No unauthorised third party may access the Services.
2.3 Users must not circumvent authentication, password controls, or technical restrictions.
2.4 Users must not probe, scan, test, or breach the security of the Platform.
2.5 Users must not upload or transmit any Virus, malware or harmful code.
3. Prohibited Content
3.1 No unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or harmful content may be uploaded.
3.2 No infringement of Intellectual Property Rights or third-party rights.
3.3 No personal data may be processed without a lawful basis.
3.4 No malicious or harmful data may be uploaded.
Personal data is, in simpler terms, any information about you that enables you to be identified. Personal data covers obvious information such as your name and contact details, but it also covers less obvious information such as identification numbers, electronic location data, and other online identifiers.
The personal data that we use is set out in Part 5, below.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1 The Customer must not use the Services to build, train or support any competing product.
4.2 No benchmarking, competitive analysis, or reverse engineering (unless required by law).
4.3 No scraping, harvesting, or unauthorised extraction of data.
4.4 No resale or redistribution unless expressly permitted.
4.5 No scripts, bots, automation, or unauthorised software.
5. Integrations and Data Sources
5.1 The Customer may only use integrations provided by Modo25.
5.2 The Customer must not attempt to connect its own APIs, enable unapproved data sources, or bypass integration rules.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
6.1 Modo25 may monitor usage for compliance.
6.2 Monitoring may include technical logs and automated alerts.
6.3 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Modo25 may collect and monitor usage data relating to the Customer’s activity within the Services, including the number of orders, transactions or equivalent outputs processed by the Customer. This information may be used for billing, usage verification, capacity planning, service improvement and compliance with the Agreement.
- Providing and managing your account.
- Supplying our products and/or services to you. Your personal details are required in order for us to enter into a contract with you.
- Communicating with you. This may include responding to emails or calls from you.
- Supplying you with information by email and/or post that you have opted-in to (you may unsubscribe or opt-out at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our emails, or by emailing our Data Controller directly to request removal).
- With your permission and/or where permitted by law, we may also use your personal data for marketing purposes, which may include contacting you by email with information, news, and offers on our products and/or services. You will not be sent any unlawful marketing or spam. We will always work to fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and you will always have the opportunity to opt-out.
7. Suspension Rights
Modo25 may suspend access:
(a) Immediately and without notice where there is a security, operational or legal risk, or harmful use.
(b) With notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy in all other cases.
8. Reporting Issues
All issues, suspected breaches, or security concerns must be reported to team@askbosco.io
9. Consequences of Breach
A breach of this Policy may result in suspension, termination, data loss, liability for damages, and other legal remedies.
