We’re on a mission to redefine digital marketing analytics, and we’re seeking a passionate Graduate Sales Development Representative to be at the forefront of our growth. This isn’t just an entry-level role; it’s your opportunity to build foundational sales expertise, drive significant pipeline development, and directly contribute to our ambitious scaling objectives.
This is a hybrid role that will require travelling to our Leeds HQ weekly.
Salary: Base salary £22k and uncapped commission

What you’ll be driving:
- Pipeline Generation & Growth Acceleration: Consistently exceed targets for qualified leads, directly fuelling our sales engine and contributing to our expansion.
- Strategic Market Penetration: Dive deep into target accounts, leveraging cutting-edge outbound strategies to uncover untapped opportunities within the B2B landscape.
- Relationship Architect: Forge meaningful connections with prospects, nurturing engagement through highly personalised communication that resonates.
- Gateway to Innovation: Skillfully qualify potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and seamlessly transitioning them to our Senior Business Development Managers for in-depth solutions.
- Data-Driven Impact: Maintain an impeccable CRM, providing insights that optimise our sales process and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborative Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team, ensuring a cohesive and powerful go-to-market approach.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, and ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:
- A recent graduate with a keen interest in SaaS and the exciting world of digital marketing.
- An exceptional communicator with ability to build rapport and influence.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to hit and exceed targets.
- A proactive learner, eager to master modern sales methodologies and tools.
- Collaborative by nature, thriving in a team-oriented environment, yet capable of independent achievement.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and experience in a fast-paced setting are highly desirable.
